Our deals supplement that business; they aren’t the whole of it. The engagement structure we employ assures our Acquisition partners that they maintain sole control over their funds, when they are the capital source. We formally establish them as Chief Financial Officer of each vested project, with unilateral signatory authority to move or receive buyer side proceeds, credits, or commissions up to amount specified within the contracts or escrow instructions that we establish.
